For those in the U.K. and Canada wondering about the details of AEW’s weekly show airing in their respective countries, those TV deals are being held up because there has been no official announcement yet on the TNT/AEW show.
Because TNT is paying for all the production costs of the show and the time slot is still not official (strongly rumored to be Wednesdays at 8-10 PM ET beginning October 2), the international deals cannot be finalized.
We will keep you posted as more information on AEW’s TV deals with TNT, as well as in the U.K. and Canada, as soon as new information surfaces.
