Not only did Rapper Bad Bunny make his presence felt at Sunday’s Royal Rumble PPV by distracting John Morrison and The Miz enough for them to be eliminated in the 30-Man Royal Rumble Match, but Bad Bunny made his presence felt yet again on Monday Night RAW when he helped NXT Star Damian Priest defeat The Miz in Singles action. This was the official RAW debut of Damian Priest.
It is interesting to note that Damian Priest was also the one who eliminated The Miz at Royal Rumble.
It seems that WWE has started a storyline between Bad Bunny, Damian Priest, Miz and John Morrison and that storyline continued on RAW as Bad Bunny was invited to be a guest on MizTV.
MizTV saw Miz and John Morrison apologize for what happened at the Royal Rumble PPV Event so that the two sides could move forward and work together, but Bad Bunny wasn’t interested. The Rapper, who said that one of his dreams was to become a WWE Superstar, then introduced his friend and out came Priest. Damien Priest then made his way down to the ring and immediately punched The Miz with his right hand. RAW then went to a commercial break and came back to Priest facing Miz in Singles action.
Priest would then defeat Miz after using a Broken Arrow and then The Reckoning for the pin. Bad Bunny would get involved a number of times and hit Morrison in his face with a microphone. Damien Priest is reportedly still a member of the WWE NXT roster as of this writing, but it’s been reported that he is scheduled to be a permanent member of the RAW roster.
