As noted, WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross indicated via social media on that Bill Goldberg returning to WWE is reportedly set, with a match against Brock Lesnar at this year’s WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view being pretty much a “done deal.”
“Another source says that Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar is a done deal and that it will likely go down at Survivor Series,” wrote the WWE Hall Of Famer on his official Twitter page on Tuesday. “If true, bravo WWE.”
While WWE has yet to make any announcements, Wrestling Observer Newsletter editor Dave Meltzer backed up JR’s claim during the latest edition of his Wrestling Observer Radio show at F4WOnline.com. Meltzer noted that Goldberg vs. Lesnar is “all but confirmed for WWE Survivor Series.”
