As noted, just days after mocking a previous arrest, Jimmy Uso once again found himself handcuffed and thrown in the slammer following another alleged late-night drunken incident involving potentially impaired driving and resisting to cooperate with police when pulled over.
Uso was put in jail and kept on $1,000 bond on Thursday morning after the reported incident near Pensacola, Florida at approximately 3:00am local time, which saw him allegedly swerving in his automobile while driving, and then refusing to submit to requested DUI / field sobriety tests that were attempted to be administered by the authorities on-hand.
In an update, Uso has posted his $1,000 bond and has now been released from jail, and now has a court case related to the matter scheduled for August 15.
WWE released a statement, suggesting that there would be letting Uso deal with his own matters.
The brief, albeit generic, statement that WWE issued to members of the media on Thursday regarding Jimmy Uso’s arrest this morning reads as follows:
“Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions.”
