While details were not fully known, WMC-TV ActionNews5 in Memphis is reporting that Lawler suffered a stroke while at his home in Ft. Myers. After being transported to hospital, Lawler underwent surgery and his condition is unknown.

After undergoing surgery, Lawler was awake and tried to speak but wasn’t able to while having no feeling on the right side of his body. His situation is said to still be “very serious.” Lawler suffered a heart attack while working a WWE event in 2012 and then had a stroke in 2018 as well.
