WWE made no mention or announcement of the impending move of NXT TV to the USA Network, despite multiple sources reporting that the deal was done and that it would be announced on last night’s episode of RAW.
When asked on Twitter about why there was no mention, Dave Meltzer suggested that the “it’s coming soon enough” and that NXT talent were already told of the breaking news last Thursday.
As seen following the show, WWE made the announcement via their official website and various social media channels. It is expected that the company will begin promoting the news on tonight’s WWE SmackDown LIVE broadcast on the USA Network.
