On Friday’s taped episode of WWE Smackdown, Drew McIntyre returned to TV and promptly got himself a match at Saturday Night’s Main Event. McIntyre was last seen in May during the last SNME special where he lost to Damian Priest before taking some time off. On Friday, he was back to interfere in the segment with Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton. When Orton laidhim out, McIntyre met up with GM Nick Aldis backstage and a match between him and Orton was made official.
