As noted, despite not being in the ring, The New Day and The Elite had a showdown scheduled for this week.

On Thursday, the showdown happened.

The New Day played a game of Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition against Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks at the E3 Convention on Thursday, with The New Day winning 2 to 1.

Kofi Kingston defeated Nick Jackson and Xavier Woods beat Matt Jackson, while Kenny Omega bested Big E. in the one victory that The Elite earned in the three-game competition.
