Following the Brock Lesnar vs. A.J. Styles match in the “champion versus champion” showdown between RAW’s Universal Champion and SmackDown Live’s WWE Champion at last night’s WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view, Paul Heyman took part in a backstage interview.

During the interview, Heyman praised “The Phenomenal One” for his efforts against “The Beast Incarnate,” noting that anyone who isn’t a fan of Styles shouldn’t be a fan of WWE.

According to Heyman, Styles is to the current generation of wrestling what legends like Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels were to there respective generations, only Styles has updated and evolved the presentation and performing abilities to the modern era.
