At the WWE live event in Manila, Philippines on Friday night, fans in attendance at the Mall Of Asia Arena were treated to a pretty cool moment.
Featured above is video footage of the spectacle that unfolded when Big Show snapped the ring ropes while attempting to perform a “Vader-bomb” spot during his match with John Cena.
Cena would go on to win the match and afterwards, the show went to intermission. The ring was fixed and the rest of the show, which featured WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens defeating Seth Rollins and Sami Zayn in a triple-threat match as the main event, went on as advertised.
Below is a close-up photo of the aftermath of the Big Show rope-break spot, as well as video footage of the actual spot where it happened during the aforementioned Big Show-Cena match.
