As noted, Roman Reigns defeated Triple H to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship at the WWE live event in Abu Dhabi on Friday afternoon.
After the match, Triple H joined Shield members Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose in making the save for Reigns, who was attacked by Samoa Joe, Sheamus and Cesaro. The babyfaces cleared the ring, leading to a moment where HHH gave Reigns a handshake while Rollins and Ambrose watched on.
