Wardlow’s return to AEW programming appears to be on the horizon, as the company teased it with a vignette that aired during the All Out 2026 pay-per-view this past Saturday night. The vignette highlighted Wardlow’s dominance in the ring during his time with the company. However, there is no information yet on the exact date of his return.

Wardlow has not wrestled on AEW television since March 2024, when he challenged Samoa Joe for the AEW World Championship. It was later revealed that he had been dealing with a knee injury.

He did return to television at last year’s Forbidden Door event, where he joined The Don Callis Family. Unfortunately, disaster struck again when Wardlow suffered a torn pectoral muscle during the event, and he has been away from AEW television since then.
