The next “top independent wrestler” coming to All Elite Wrestling to challenge “The American Nightmare” for the TNT Championship in his next “Open Challenge” on AEW Dynamite has been revealed.
AEW announced on Twitter on Friday that Warhorse, who has been asking for weeks to face Cody in various social media posts and interviews, will be the next competitor to challenge “The American Nightmare” for the TNT Championship.
Soon after, Cody chimed in via his own official Twitter account to respond to the announcement with a funny MEME / .GIF image (see below).
The Cody vs. Warhorse TNT Championship match will take place on next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite on TNT, which emanates from the Daily’s Place amphitheater in Jacksonville, Florida.
