IMPACT Wrestling has new world tag-team champions following this week’s post-Slammiversary edition of IMPACT On AXS TV.
Following their return at the Slammiversary 2020 pay-per-view over the weekend, The Motor City Machine Guns — Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin — defeated The North to capture the IMPACT World Tag-Team Titles at this week’s episode of the weekly AXS TV show.
Shelley & Sabin ended the reign of Ethan Page & Josh Alexander that lasted 383 days when the duo captured the championships from LAX (Santana & Ortiz) at the Bash At The Brewery 2019 PPV.
The title reign marks the second for The Motor City Machine Guns, with their previous reign taking place in IMPACT Wrestling back in 2010.
