Redesigned NXT Cruiserweight Title Debuts At Worlds Collide, Design Changed Again After Show (Videos)

It has been a big week for newly designed championship title belts across WWE's various brands, as yet another new black-and-gold title was introduced during WWE Royal Rumble 2020 Weekend.

Prior to the WWE Worlds Collide: NXT vs. NXT UK live special on the WWE Network from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas on Saturday night, a new NXT Cruiserweight Championship title belt was presented to the reigning title-holder going into the event, Angel Garza.

The presentation took place during a backstage unveiling that included NXT General Manager William Regal and the Founding-Father of NXT Paul "Triple H" Levesque before the start of the live WWE Network broadcast.

As the night went on, however, the title would get a bit of a change-in-look once again as Garza would lose the belt to Jordan Devlin in the Fatal-4-Way Match during the WWE Worlds Collide: NXT vs. NXT UK special. As a result, after the show, Devlin received his new custom side plates in the title.

Featured below is video footage of the unveiling of the new NXT Cruiserweight Championship from the pre-show backstage presentation at the Toyota Center in Houston, TX. on Saturday night with Triple H, William Regal and Angel Garza, as well as video footage of Jordan Devlin throwing away Garza's side plates and getting his own custom side plates installed into the belt from the exclusive post-show backstage segment.
