Bail has been denied for the weirdo-stalker who attempted to kidnap WWE Superstar Sonya Deville following the latest pre-trial court proceedings on Thursday.
After yesterday’s proceedings to determine whether Phillip Thomas II, the man arrested and charged with stalking Deville, County Circuit Judge Catherine Caitlin passed down her decision.
The judge ruled that Thomas will not receive bail and thus, will remain in custody at the county jail until his trial.
Additionally, Caitlin ruled that Thomas was a “threat to the safety of the community” after hearing the disturbing testimony on Thursday from Deville that seemed to clearly show an intent to cause her harm.
Thomas, 24, has been charged with aggravated stalking, armed burglary of a dwelling, attempted armed kidnapping, and criminal mischief.
