Apparently the top dog in the UFC’s current heavyweight division isn’t too impressed with WWE Superstar and former UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar.
The reigning, defending UFC Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic recently spoke with Chris Van Vilet to discuss all things MMA, including how he feels about a potential showdown against “The Beast Incarnate” from the world of sports entertainment.
“Yeah, I’ll fight anyone,” Miocic said. “There’s no question. I don’t care.”
Miocic continued, “I would take that fight in a heartbeat. It would be an early night for me.”
Miocic recently defeated Daniel Cormier by unanimous decision to retain his UFC Heavyweight Championship in the main event of UFC 252, ending a trilogy of fights against D.C. and going up 2-to-1 after earning the nod in their rubber match on August 15, 2020.
For his part, Lesnar has not competed for UFC since 2016, where he went to a no-contest with Mark Hunt after he tested positive for clomiphene.
