The numbers are in for this week’s Wednesday Night wrestling shows and for the fourth straight week, AEW Dynamite topped NXT in the viewership battle, generating an audience of 871,000 compared to 769,000 for NXT.
Matches for Dynamite were actually pre-taped on Chris Jericho’s cruise earlier in the week so the week-to-week drop is somewhat expected.
NXT on the other hand gained almost 10% from last week’s 700,000.
In the 18-49 demographic, Dynamite continued its streak scoring a 0.35 rating to finish #8 on the night while NXT scored a 0.24 to finish #35.
An NBA regular season game led the way in this coveted demo with a 1.01 rating.
