All Elite Wrestling reclaimed the number one spot in the Wednesday Night Wars battle against WWE NXT this week.
On a night that was dominated by coverage of the U.S. Presidential election, AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT were both down in audience and ratings week-over-week, however, AEW Dynamite rebounded to beat WWE NXT in average viewership.
The Wednesday, November 4, 2020 episode of AEW Dynamite was watched by 717,000 people, down from last week’s 781,000 viewers.
WWE NXT took an even bigger hit, dropping from 876,000 viewers last week for “Halloween Havoc” to 610,000 this week.
In the 18-49 demographic, AEW Dynamite finished with a 0.30 rating in 56th spot while WWE NXT trailed behind at a 0.14 rating in 68th spot.
This compares to 0.32 and 0.25, respectively, last week.
