You can officially pencil in a new championship match for the black-and-gold brand two-night special event scheduled for WrestleMania Week.
During this week’s edition of NXT on USA, it was announced that The Way — Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell — will be challenging Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon for the NXT Women’s Tag-Team Championships at the two-night special event scheduled to take place on April 7th and April 8th.
LeRae and Hartwell won a tag-team match early in the show and then called out the current champions, which led to Blackheart and Moon coming out to formally accept their challenge for a title showdown at the NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver two-night event on 4/7 and 4/8.
NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver will air live via the USA Network on 4/7, while night two on 4/8 will stream live via the Peacock Premium and WWE Network digital subscription streaming services.
