WWE Hall of Fame legend Ric Flair has made his surprising debut in All Elite Wrestling (#AEW). Flair appeared on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, which took place at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, PA. This debut was part of Tony Khan’s special gift to “The Icon” Sting as he embarks on his journey towards retirement at AEW Revolution 2024.
“The Nature Boy” entered the ring and stood alongside Sting before they were met by Darby Allin. However, their reunion was interrupted by Christian Cage, Luchasaurus, and Nick Wayne. Eventually, this confrontation led to a challenge to Sting and Darby Allin for a Trios match at AEW Full Gear 2023. Sting accepted, and AEW officially announced the match.
