WWE is scheduled to hold a press conference on Monday afternoon to announce the latest WWE Network subscriber count.
With NXT TakeOver: Orlando and WrestleMania 33 this past weekend, as well as the free trial offers packaged around the two biggest / most-hyped events of the year, these are generally the figures that will give some kind of gauge regarding the current business climate in WWE, as well as a barometer on how well WWE did in giving their fans want they want (what they didn’t even know they wanted, etc.)
The conference call to announce the latest official subscriber count to WWE’s “Over-The-Top” digital subscription service will take place at approximately 3pm EST. / 12pm PST. Scheduled to be on hand for the conference call this afternoon are WWE executives George Barrios and Michelle Wilson.
For those keeping track, the most recent WWE Network figures that the company officially announced to the public was 1.5 million paid subscribers back in January.
