WWE Announces Attendance Of 75,245 For WrestleMania 33 At Orlando Citrus Bowl

At WrestleMania 33, WWE broke the all-time attendance record for the Orlando Citrus Bowl — held by themselves — with their mega-event on Sunday evening billed as “The Ultimate Thrill Ride of the Year.”

Prior to tonight, the all-time attendance record for the Orlando Citrus Bowl was 74,635, a figure set by WWE for their WrestleMania 24 event back in 2008. On Sunday night, a new mark of 75,245 was set for WrestleMania 33.

WWE touted the success of Sunday night’s event and the fact that WrestleMania 33 topped the previous mark they set just under ten years ago, with an article on their official website.

WrestleMania 33 broke the Orlando Citrus Bowl’s attendance record with 75,245 WWE Universe members.from all 50 states and 62 different countries. The previous Orlando Citrus Bowl attendance record was set by WrestleMania XXIV in 2008 with 74,635 fans.
