WWE Announces One Match And Two Segments For Next Week’s Episode Of WWE SmackDown ( Possible Spoilers )

WWE announced during last night’s WWE SmackDown that next week’s episode of the show will feature the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre in a face-off ahead of their matchup at WWE’s Clash At The Castle. Last night’s episode of WWE SmackDown didn’t see an appearance from the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, but McIntyre was on the show and had an altercation with Scarlett, Karrion Kross, Sami Zayn and Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos.

Kross cut a backstage promo on McIntyre by warning him and the rest of the WWE locker room. Drew then made his way down to the ring to address Reigns and Kross, but was confronted by Scarlett. While Drew was distracted by Scarlett, Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos attacked him from behind. Usos then taunted Scarlett to send a message to Karrion Kross, which ended the segment. Later in the show, Sami Zayn was featured in a backstage segment where he was running away from McIntyre’s attack on The Usos. Drew McIntyre then teamed with Madcap Moss to defeat The Usos (Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso) in a non-title match, which saw interference from Sami Zayn. After the match, McIntyre fought off The Usos and attempted a Claymore Kick on Jey Uso, but Sami sacrificed himself and took the Claymore instead.

Next week’s WWE SmackDown will also see The Viking Raiders (Erik and Ivar) hold a funeral for The New Day after weeks of physical altercation between the two teams and after Erik and Ivar took out Xavier Woods on the July 29th episode of WWE SmackDown and left Kofi Kingston laying during last night’s WWE SmackDown. We will also see Natalya and Sonya Deville go up against Nikkita Lyons and Zoey Stark in a WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Tournament First Round Match.
