As previously reported, tomorrow’s Independence Day edition of WWE NXT will see Roxanne Perez take on Blair Davenport in Women’s Division Singles action, Mustafa Ali battle Tyler Bate in a Singles Match, The Creed Brothers (Brutus Creed and Julius Creed) take on The Dyad (Jagger Reid and Rip Fowler) in a Loser Leaves WWE NXT Match and Eddy Thorpe go up against Damon Kemp in an NXT Underground Match, with Gable Steveson in Eddy Thorpe’s corner.
WWE announced that tomorrow’s Independence Day edition of WWE NXT will also see Lyra Valkyria take on Jacy Jayne in Women’s Division Singles action. This matchup was made after weeks of bad blood between the two stars and a backstage segment that took place during last week’s NXT Gold Rush Week 2 episode of WWE NXT, where Lyra Valkyria knocked Jacy Jayne down and warned her that she is not playing games. WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley then told Jayne that she kind of deserved it and that Valkyria is a badass.
