WWE will return to the pay-per-view arena in just over a month’s time, when they present the WWE Backlash 2020.
During last night’s WWE Money in the Bank 2020 PPV, the company officially announced that WWE Backlash 2020 will take place on Sunday, June 14 and will stream via the WWE Network.
As you would expect, WWE did not announce a location for the 6/14 event, however it is expected that the show will take place from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida unless the company can secure another arena elsewhere.
While no WWE Backlash PPV was promoted by the company in 2019, the event chronology spans from 1999-2009 for its’ first run, and from 2016-2018 for its’ second.
