Another WWE Superstar has received the “shortened name treatment”
The news has been making the rounds on Monday that WWE has removed the “Mustafa” from Mustafa Ali’s name.
WWE has changed his official bio page, shortening his name to just “Ali.” Any mention of his first name has been removed from the page as well.
Additionally, Mustafa Ali’s official WWE Twitter page has been changed to simply, @WWEAli. His Twitter name now includes his real name, “Ali / Abdeel Alam.”
Ali joins other Superstars who have been called up to the WWE main roster, such as Otis (Dozovic), Tucker (Knight), (Luke) Harper, (Erik) Rowan and Andrade (Cien Almas), who have had their names shortened.
