When “The American Nightmare” meets “The Beast Incarnate” for a rubber match to end their trilogy at “The Biggest Party of the Summer,” there might be an interesting gimmick involved.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter at F4WOnline.com spoke during a recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radio about how WWE has had internal discussions about making Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar III at WWE SummerSlam 2023 a Bullrope Match.
“Lesnar vs. Rhodes III will be one of the SummerSlam main events,” Meltzer stated. “There has been a lot of talk about adding a stipulation and one of the ideas is a bullrope match.”
He added, “That is not official, and there are multiple other ideas for that match on the table, and no final decision has been made.”
