With the story line coming to a conclusion ahead of Sunday’s Summerslam PPV, Roman Reigns was involved in another incident on last night’s Raw, this time being the victim in a hit-and-run attack where his car was t-boned.
WWE gave the following update and it is expected that tonight on Smackdown, the perpetrator will be revealed as Daniel Bryan, setting up a match between the two at Sunday’s PPV.
“Roman Reigns was involved in a hit-and-run earlier tonight in the parking lot of Monday Night Raw. He narrowly escaped what could have been a permanent injury but was checked out by WWE medical staff and released to appear tomorrow night in Detroit for SmackDown LIVE.”
