NXT World Champion Tommaso Ciampa and fellow NXT Superstar Ricochet took to social media this week to tout the viewership success of the WWE Halftime Heat 2019 special on the WWE Network during halftime of the NFL Super Bowl.
Ciampa wrote about the special, which hosted a six-man tag-team bout pitting himself and his partners, Johnny Gargano and Adam Cole against the trio of Aleister Black, Ricochet and Velveteen Dream
According to comments from Ciampa and Ricochet, their six-man tag-team match on the special set the record for the most viewers for an NXT match in history. Check out Ciampa’s comments below.
