AAA Lucha Libre has confirmed the passing of Rey Misterio Sr.
The pro wrestling legend is the Uncle of WWE Hall of Fame legend Rey Mysterio and was 66 years of age at the time of his passing.
Real name Miguel Ángel López Días, the Mexican wrestling legend started his wrestling career in 1976 and retired in 2009, before returning in 2023 for a one-time match.
