Tammy Sytch is set to spend an extended period behind bars.
On Monday, Sytch was convicted during her sentencing hearing, resulting in a 17-year prison term for charges related to manslaughter and DUI.
The former wrestling personality, Sunny, will serve 10.6625 years in the Department of Corrections for causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, which is a third-degree felony. She will be credited for 566 days already served.
Additionally, Sytch was sentenced to seven years for one count of DUI causing death (DUI Manslaughter), to be served after completing the 10.6625 years for the initial charge.
Credit for 364 days already served in jail is applied to the four counts of DUI causing injury to a person and three counts of DUI causing damage to property. Sytch has 75 days to file an appeal.
