Show Opening
The March 1, 2021 edition of WWE Monday Night RAW opens with a video package highlighting the agreement between The Hurt Business member Bobby Lashley and the current WWE Champion The Miz in the ring Last Week after Lashley assisted in the win for The Miz after the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event (we see photo stills of the events that followed). We then see the events that followed on Last Monday’s WWE Monday Night RAW where The Miz asks for “more time” after being given one hour by Lashley. We see that Shane McMahon came out and made a match following Braun Strowman’s demand for a match for the title, declaring that Braun Strowman vs. Bobby Lashley would take place and if Strowman won, this week there would be a Triple Threat Match for the title with Miz, Strowman, and Lashley.
Finally we see the match between Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley, Lashley beat Strowman! Lashley speared The Miz and held the WWE Championship high in the air to end last week’s RAW!
Inside ThunderDome II

Let’s start with Sheamus, since our match is up next.” McIntyre continues on to state that his 20 year friendship with Sheamus was ruined, and he’s still not sure why.
McIntyre continues on to state how he won the Elimination Chamber match to retain his title when he was suddenly attacked by Bobby Lashley of The Hurt Business. “That’s right, the frickin’ Miz is WWE Champion…” McIntyre continues. “I have a clear vision in my head of what’s going to happen. Regain my WWE Championship, main event, Wrestlemania…” he continues on to share how he will continue to win week in and week out! McIntyre says whoever wins between Lashley and Miz tonight has the biggest target on their back. He then turns his attention to Sheamus once again, stating he should come on out so they can kick the crap out of each other.
The Miz Interrupts
Drew McIntyre says he could use some firing up as The Miz’s music interrupts him. The Miz asks to be officially and properly introduced as the champion, Miz has Rome re-introduce him as the WWE Champion. He raises the title as pyro goes off all around the stage. The boos get louder. Miz tries sucking up to Drew and proposes that they work together, as a trio “The Three M-igo’s”. He calls himself “the victim” as he says he’s a husband and a father to two baby girls as Lashley threatened his “very well being”.
MVP Interrupts
Suddenly, the music interrupts and out comes MVP representing The Hurt Business. MVP is now using a cane. “Is this the beginning of a new business relationship or the pathetic rantings of a desperate man?” McIntyre states he can do it on his own, MVP knows him well enough, as he declined MVP’s services last year. MVP says nothing can change the fact that Bobby Lashley will take the WWE Title from Miz tonight. He goes on and reveals that Lashley’s title shot will begin promptly at 9pm ET tonight. MVP leaves and Miz, speaking from ringside, still tries to get McIntyre to help him against Lashley.

McIntyre lands a Big Chop in the corner followed by dropping Sheamus to the canvas for the first pin attempt, Sheamus is able to kick out. The match continues.
At this point the referee backs Sheamus off from the corner again, but Sheamus stays on McIntyre like white on rice. Sheamus lands a Clothesline on McIntyre then follows up with a Big Knee drop from the second turnbuckle for a cover attempt of his own, McIntyre kicks out at ONE. Sheamus takes McIntyre to the canvas for some Ground and Pound action. Drew fights up and out, nailing a snap suplex. Drew drops Sheamus with a right hand as he takes over offense. We see Sheamus charge at McIntyre sending him to the apron with a big Brogue Kick. Drew falls to the apron and then to the floor. The fans boo loudly as we once again head to commercial break.

McIntyre bounces off the turnbuckle and launches Sheamus across the ring as he shakes off the damage from Sheamus from before. McIntyre sends Sheamus over the top as the referee begins the count. Sheamus drops McIntyre onto the apron. McIntyre then sends Sheamus into the desk with a brutal landing as Sheamus’s back hits the edge of the announcer’s table. McIntyre rolls in at seven and re-starts the count. McIntyre lifts Sheamus and slams him onto the announcer’s desk once again, then assists Sheamus into the ring at the count of eight.

Once again we head backstage where we see Bobby Lashley backstage and he’s ready to go. Still to come in less than 3.5 minutes, Lashley will challenge The Miz for the WWE Title. Back to commercial.
WWE Championship Match
The Miz vs. Bobby LashleyCommentary notes “The time has come!” and “It’s time to collect” as it’s officially announced that representing the Hurt Business is Bobby Lashley as pyro goes off around the challenger who looks like he’s already won! Lashley bounces around, ready to go but nothing happens…
Out next is the current WWE Champion, The Miz as we hear, “AWWEESSSOOOMMMEEE”. Lashley begins hopping around once again, but we see The Miz is nowhere to be seen. MVP walks to the front of the ring and asks, “What’s up man?!”
Backstage – The Miz
John Morrison asks if there is anything that can be done to help The Miz… Adam Pearce walks up stating there better be a damn good explanation for this. Morrison asks what can be done. The Miz looks miserable. Suddenly John Morrison and Adam Pearce back up as Bobby Lashley appears and grabs The Miz by the face stating, “We’re gonna have our match, I’m gonna beat your ASS for that WWE title!” and then throws Miz to the floor backstage
“Miz, even if I have to carry you out there by myself, you WILL defend the title out there at 10pm!” Pearce then walks away as Morrison asks for a towel, or help! Commentary notes that Miz has one hour to “gather himself” for the match up!
In-Ring – Braun Strowman
Braun Strowman makes his way to the ring as his entrance theme sounds in the arena, and we are informed he will be in action after the break!
As we return from the commercial break, Braun Strowman is still standing in the ring as we are informed that The Miz was supposed to be in the match with Bobby Lashley, but instead it will take place at 10pm. Instead… “It’s obvious that Shane McMahon and Adam Pearce have something against me.” He notes being suspended after headbutting Adam Pearce and then being excluded from the Elimination Chamber match – which Strowman exclaims “SUCKED” as he wasn’t involved.
Shane McMahon and Adam Pearce Join
The entrance theme sounds for McMahon and Pearce as they join Strowman inside the ring. “Relax, relax, chill out a second.” McMahon states. Shane continues on to state they’re not laughing but they can see that his inability to reach his own personal goals has him angry and upset. Shane continues that he’s here to help Strowman, like he’s helping himself. He’s taking some MBA courses, and one of them is all about conflict management. When in conflict management, the text of which is way above Braun’s level, the key is communication.
That’s what his tag match tonight is all about, and McMahon tells him that Adam had nothing to do with his match tonight, it was all him. It doesn’t matter who his partner is, he needs to work with WWE management, and he needs to be forced to do so. That’s why his tag partner is WWE management. Braun asks if Shane is his tag partner and McMahon does a little shuffle before denying it.
Shane says his partner tonight is actually going to be Adam Pearce, and he’ll sweeten the pot— the match will be for the tag titles. Braun admits that doesn’t sound that bad, but he promises him, if Pearce screws it up, he’s gonna get These Hands. McMahon tells Strowman to ease up. Strowman gives Adam a preview of “These Hands”, grabbing Pearce by his shirt as Shane states, “Let him go, let him go!” and we go to break.
Braun Strowman & Adam Pearce vs. Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin
As we return from the commercial break, Strowman stands inside the ring with Adam Pearce who is not in ring gear, looking confused as Shane McMahon still nods in excitement for the match. Out next are Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander who make their way out, looking slightly confused themselves, but they still enter the ring. The referee stands in the center of the ring as everyone argues in confusion. The referee holds up the tag-team titles.
The referee signals for the bell, Strowman starting for his team as Benjamin and Alexander argue over who starts. Strowman Bulldozes through both members of The Hurt Business. Strowman then sends them both to ringside before heading to ringside himself. Strowman then runs through both Hurt Business members like a Freight Train! Strowman then rolls Alexander back into the ring, throwing him through the turnbuckle then putting his foot on Alexander for the cover, Alexander gets his shoulder up. Strowman then lifts and tosses Alexander over his head then throwing him across the ring.
Strowman looks to rush Alexander who then side steps as Strowman goes shoulder first into the turnbuckle. Strowman tags in Pearce as Benjamin enters the ring, Benjamin gets Pearce down and gets the three count pin and win!
Winners and STILL RAW Tag-Team Champions: Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin
After the Match
Still standing on the apron in shock, Strowman yells at Shane McMahon (who is looking more and more like early 2000’s Vince I must say!) as Shane looks on.
Backstage – Bad Bunny & Damian Priest
We head backstage where Bad Bunny and Damian Priest are hanging out and talking as Elias and Jaxson Ryker walk up. Elias starts by saying he can feel the mutual respect and he’s got a once-in-a-lifetime business proposal for Bunny. Bad goes along with it and Elias continues as he states that he’s well on his way to reaching the pinnacle in the music industry, but he thinks he’s got potential for more and that’s where Bunny comes in.
Elias continues on to state that he and Bad Bunny should drop a single and turn the music industry upside down. Bunny nods along, Elias says he’ll have his people call his people, and Bad whispers something in Spanish to Priest. With that we head to commercial break.

24/7 Champion Bad Bunny
Bad Bunny makes his way out as his entrance theme sounds, he stops mid-way down the ramp as the stadium goes black, suddenly Damian Priest’s entrance theme sounds, and he meets Bunny on the ramp, they give daps then enter the ring.
Damian Priest vs. Elias
With both competitors inside the ring, Damian Priest and Elias stand apart as the referee signals for the bell. The bell rings and this match up is officially underway. Priest powers Elias into the corner to start things off. Priest jockeys for position as the two go back and forth. Elias exits the ring, and forces Priest to break at the referee’s demand.
