Show Opening

WWE Forever… Are you ready for a good time? Welcome to Wrestling-Edge’s LIVE Results for WWE Monday Night RAW airing live on the FOX Network tonight, July 6, 2020.

Announcer’s Table

We are welcomed to the Performance Center by the commentator’s panel consisting of Tom Phillips, Byron Saxton, and Samoa Joe.

Phillips hypes Extreme Rules as The Horror Show, and then they hyped the three previously advertised Raw matches set to take place tonight!

In-Ring – WWE Champion Drew McIntyre

To kick things off for tonight’s Monday Night RAW, Drew McIntyre’s entrance theme sounds as the WWE Champion makes his way down the ramp, passing masked spectators behind plexiglas, and enters the ring.

McIntyre speaks to the crowd in the Performance Center welcoming them (and in the cameras directly to us at home!) McIntyre discusses the upcoming pay-per-view event: Extreme Rules: The Horror Show and his match against Dolph Ziggler. He reminds us that Ziggler is in charge of making the stipulation for the match.

Enter Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler on cue, as his music sounds and Ziggler makes his way to the stage. Ziggler informs Drew McIntyre that the stipulation is a secret.

Ziggler then goes on to discuss McIntyre’s stabbing people in the back and stepping on people to get where he is en route to the WWE Championship. Ziggler states he isn’t the only one that feels this way, adding he has brought somebody along with him tonight.

Heath Slater Enters!

Heath Slater walks to the stage wearing a shirt stating, “Free Agent”. Phillips then breaks down their 3MB history.

Drew McIntyre vs. Heath Slater

The bell rings and the first match of the evening is officially underway! Slater rushes McIntyre into the corner of the ring. McIntyre retaliates with a Claymore and the three count pin for the win, making it look easy.

Winner: Drew McIntyre

After the Match

Ziggler argues with Slater and Slater shoves him. McIntyre returns to the ring and shoves Ziggler out of the ring. McIntyre and Slater then embrace and Ziggler flees the ring.

Interview – Bayley

We head backstage to see Bayley is interviewed and she says Asuka doesn’t have a chance as she is alone tonight and Bayley has her bestie Sasha Banks in her corner. Asuka suddenly appears and asks who said she’s alone? Asuka then dances off, sending us to commercial break!

In-Ring – Sasha Banks and Bayley

As we return from commercial break, Da Boss and Bayley Two-Belts are in the ring, clearly something extremely important to share. The two say they are changing the game because they never sleep. Bayley and Sasha compliment each other and say they make greatness look easy. Everyone else just wants to be an imitation.

Sasha declares victory over Asuka at Extreme Rules: The Horror Show and announces she will be “Two Belts Banks”.

Asuka Joins In

Having heard enough, Asuka makes her way out, first she looks to Sasha and she says Sasha isn’t that good. She then turns to Bayley and says Bayley isn’t ready for her.

Bayley interjects and tells Asuka that SHE isn’t ready for her best friend, Sasha. Bayley then says if Asuka has a bright idea, Sasha is ready for anything and dares her to bring out her ace in the hole…

Enter Kairi Sane

Kairi Sane makes her way out to join Asuka as we head to commercial break once again!

Sasha Banks vs. Kairi Sane

As we return from commercial break, Bayley is in Sasha Banks’ corner and Asuka is in Kairi Sane’s corner as Banks and Sane go one on one inside the ring! Banks gets Sane into the corner to start things off, landing multiple blows on Sane. The referee calls for a break. Two two go back and forth, eventually exchanging Chops in the center of the ring.

Finally, Sane lands a Dropkick on Banks throwing Da Boss through the ropes to the outside as we head to commercial break!

As we return from commercial break, Sane continues to dominate Banks. The two exchange blows, Banks finally gets the upper hand as she throws Sane into the corner, slamming Sane’s neck into the turnbuckle. Banks show boats, taunting Asuka in the process as she goes for a Meteora, Sane is able to side step Banks in time. Sane has Banks in a Boston Crab like submission hold before Bayley attacks her for the DQ.

Winner by Disqualification: Kairi Sane

After the Match

All four superstars brawl following the disqualification. Asuka holds Bayley and Sasha as Kairi hits the elbow from the top turnbuckle, laying both out.

Aleister Black has been put through a table backstage, more to come on that after the break!

Backstage – Viking Raiders

As we return from commercial break, we see the Viking Raiders backstage hyping their match for tonight, stating when they enter the ring… “the raid. is. on.”

In-Ring – The Kevin Owens Show

As we return to the ring inside the Performance Center, Kevin Owens entrance theme sounds as Owens comes out with a shirt folded up in hand. Owens grabs a mic and welcomes everyone to the Kevin Owens show. There are three empty chairs set up inside of the ring.

Owens begins by announcing that considering who his first guest is, he should probably remove the chairs from inside the ring. Owens then throws all three out, breaking two. He says his guest isn’t one you’d expect to see on the KO show, but nevertheless, he has a reason for wanting him out there.

Owens then declares, “Please welcome a pretty giant piece of trash, although he calls himself Seth Rollins.”

Seth Rollins Joins

Seth’s music plays and out comes the Monday Night Messiah. Rollins speaks to Owens about his “greater good” and “higher purpose” all heard before shenanigans. Rollins notes that Rey Mysterio is now medically cleared to compete. He goes on to state that he wants a match with Mysterio at Extreme Rules.

Rollins then flips the script on Kevin Owens, speaking on Wrestlemania and how Owens has been on the shelf with an injury. Rollins says Owens needs Rollins more than he thinks he does. “I think you might get more out of fighting with me, than against me.”

“Maybe you should find a purpose in your fighting, Kevin. Maybe you should fight for the greater good.” Kevin looks down, seemingly pondering the request.

Rey Mysterio w/ Dominick

Rey Mysterio’s music sounds and Mysterio comes out with a microphone in hand and his son Dominick by his side. Mysterio tells Owens not to believe the crap coming from Rollins, then adds he accepts the match with Rollins.

Rollins then threatens Mysterio and Dominick. Owens answers, stating he will not fight with Rollins, EVER. Owens then turns to Mysterio and says that he WILL fight with Mysterio if he will have him. One legged Kevin and one eyed Rey against Seth Rollins and his tag-team partner, Rollins jokes. We then head to commercial break.

Murphy & Seth Rollins vs. Kevin Owens & Rey Mysterio

We return from commercial break and this match is already in progress. Mysterio pounding away at Murphy inside the ring. Murphy lands a Kick on Mysterio then sets up for a Sunset Flip only to have Murphy take a big Kick from Mysterio. Mysterio sends Murphy into the barricade. Mysterio rolls Murphy back into the ring, lands a Diving Crossbody onto Murphy. Murphy continues through and rolls Mysterio for a two count!

Owens finally tags in and comes in hot! Right hands and Chops in the corner. Owens continues to dominate Murphy until finally Rollins gets the tag. Owens hits a Senton on Rollins! Rollins gets sent to the floor, Owens close behind. Owens slams Rollins face into the apron and then returns him to the ring.

Dominick is injured in a quick attack and Mysterio runs over to check on Dominick as we head to commercial break!

We return from commercial break and the action is still going between the two teams. Rollins is all over Owens, trying to destroy the injured leg of Owens. Rollins attempts to get Owens to tap with a Calf Crusher, Owens struggles to the ropes, finally forcing the break. Rollins doesn’t let go. Both finally tag in their partners. Mysterio comes in hot once again, Murphy responding to each strike. Mysterio hits a Hurricanrana and then goes for a 619. Rollins goes after Dominick!

Enter Aleister Black!

Black’s music sounds and Aleister Black quickly makes his way down to the ring where he overpowers Rollins, forcing him to let Dom go. Dom sneaks up to Murphy and tears at his eye from behind! Mysterio hits a Frog Splash onto Murphy for the three count and the win!

Bobby Lashley tells MVP that he’s “rolling with him”. MVP will take on Apollo Crews at Extreme Rules for the US Championship. Lashley states that when you disrespect MVP, you disrespect Lashley.

Lashley says it’s official when he says it’s official, so why not crown him right now? He puts the belt around MVP’s waist…

Ricochet and Cedric Alexander Join

Ricochet and Cedric announce to Lashley and MVP that Crews is going to be back real soon to put this little fantasy to an end, but in the meantime, they’re here to make sure the hurt business, as they say, goes chapter eleven.

They hit the ring and we get a brawl! We go to commercial break.

Bobby Lashley & MVP vs. Cedric Alexander & Ricochet

As we return from commercial break, MVP is taking off his jewelry and his suit as this match wasn’t originally scheduled. Alexander and MVP kick things off in this impromptu match. Big Show is in for his side. Orton and Andrade leave Garza inside the ring to take on Show. Big Show lands a massive Chop that knocks Garza all the way into the corner of the ring. Erik gets the tag. Erik looks in, then tags in Ivar. Ivar goes in on Garza inside the ring with strikes to the back of Garza.

Erik gets one last hit on Garza and then tags in Big Show once again. Big Show with Chops, making an example of Garza. Ivar tags in once again. Garza makes his way over to Andrade and gets the tag. Andrade is almost covered but makes his way to the apron where Garza starts to shout at him. The two go at it as usual as of late. Orton steps in. Orton shoves Angel Garza, “I know you grew up in the business, so you have a special place in my heart because I did too. But if you don’t get your act together don’t think for one second I won’t leave you in the dirt! So get yourself together!” With that we head to commercial break!

A few minutes into the match as we return from commercial break, Garza about to take on Big Show as Ivar makes the tag, Andrade comes running in. Riott calls the two dumbasses. Riott says she doesn’t know where Liv is, but that isn’t her focus, her focus is on those two which is very bad for them. It isn’t going to be “iiconic” it’s going to be “tragic”. Riott walks off.

Backstage – MVP and Cedric Alexander

Riott walks past MVP and Alexander, we are able to jump into their conversation. MVP tells Alexander he is impressed by him, and that it takes courage to stand up to MVP and Lashley. “Why are you content being Ricochet’s sidekick?” Alexander says he sees what MVP is trying to do, divide and concur.

MVP adds “If you’re content watching life from the sidelines, you are in the catering business. As you watch other people be successful. Bon appetite.” We head to commercial.
