WWE News: Bronson Reed Injury Update Reveals Potentially Bad News

Bad news for WWE star, Bronson Reed.

At the Survivor Series event on November 30, Reed sustained an injury during the men’s WarGames match between The New Bloodline and Team Roman Reigns. While attempting a Tsunami from the top of the cage, the Australian landed feet-first and was noticeably hurt. WWE themselves later confirmed that Reed suffered a broken foot and will be sidelined indefinitely.

On today’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez discussed Reed’s situation, revealing that he’s expected to undergo surgery and may not be able to compete until well past WWE’s WrestleMania 41 premium live event.

No timetable was given on Reed’s return, only that he is “expected to be out a while.” PW Insider has since confirmed that Reed is in Birmingham, Alabama to have his surgery.

WrestleMania 41 will occur at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Saturday, April 19th and Sunday, April 20th, 2025.
