— Due to the fact that Hurricane Ian is currently making landfall in West Florida, WWE has closed the Performance Center in Orlando out of concern for safety.

— Former New Japan Pro Wrestling wrestler Karl Fredericks, who left the promotion a couple of months ago when his contract expired, was spotted at WWE’s Performance Center earlier this week, reports pwinsider.com. It’s not known if Fredericks is joining WWE or not.

— Drew McIntyre who was pulled from WWE house shows last weekend, is expected to be back on TV for Friday’s Smackdown and is believed to be ready to go for live events this coming weekend as well. McIntyre was taken off of shows after coming down with a serious bout of food poisoning about a week ago.
