— PWInsiderelite.com reports that while details are sketchy, McIntyre was livid following the men’s Rumble match and when he returned to the back was “screaming and cursing” that “someone had to get their moves in” hurting a number of stories that were to play out during the match. The report speculates that something “went wrong” with McIntyre’s elimination from the Rumble.

— After returning to the back, McIntyre was said to have “loudly stormed out of the building” and was nowhere to be seen even before the match ended with Jey Uso as the winner.
