WWE News: Former Titan Tower May End Up Being Converted Into Apartment Building

According to The Stamford Advocate, the MB Financial Group has submitted plans to transform the former WWE Headquarters, known as Titan Tower, into 84 upscale apartment units.

This comes after the building was sold by WWE in January and has since been under new ownership. The report indicates that the renovation will give the building a “makeover,” featuring a new exterior and updated amenities, while retaining the current glass “curtain wall.”

The plans also include six apartments designated as below-market rate. Additionally, the proposal calls for reducing the number of parking spaces from 203 to 115.

Titan Tower, which served as WWE Headquarters for over 40 years, is now vacant following WWE’s move to a new facility in Stamford in 2023. The original tower has appeared on WWE television multiple times, most notably in a Super Bowl commercial and during the 2020 Money in the Bank Ladder matches. The building no longer displays the WWE logo.

The proposal is awaiting review by the city’s Land Use Bureau, and there is currently no timeline for when that might occur.
