— With WWE taping next week’s Smackdown this past Friday but before Saturday Night’s Main Event, it took some creativity to not give away the results of the Cody Rhodes vs. Kevin Owens match. Fightfulselect.com reports that the post-match attack by Owens will be aired next Friday and then have Owens in a backstage segment.

— PWInsider.com reported that Liv Morgan was okay and despite having a busted up face, did not suffer a broken nose at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Fightfulselect.com added that it is believed that it wasn’t IYO Sky’s knee that caused the blood but rather a piercing.

— Gunther received significant backstage praise for saving a potentially dangerous spot at Saturday Night’s Main Event. During the final sequence, Gunther lifted Damian Priest up to slam him into the ring steps, but Priest got caught on the steps as he was lifted but Gunther was able to recover and execute the move safely.
