— WWE ring announcer Alicia Taylor missed shows last week in Europe due to an illness. WWE summoned Mike Rome as a backup option but it was a very late last minute decision and Rome almost didn’t make it over on time.

— WWE was “ecstatic” with the reception that John Cena received on Raw. Moreover, one WWE source noted that the show was “the hottest TV environment” they’ve ever experienced and it would bode well for the city getting future TV shows.

— Mike D Vecchio, Aigle Blanc, Joseph Fenech Jr. , Senza Volto, Yuval Goldschimt, Kuro and Nate Prince all worked as extras for WWE Raw while Blanc appeared without his mask.

— CM Punk was not at WWE Raw but is expected to join the European tour later this week.

— WWE held house shows for the first time in several weeks on the ongoing European tour. The cards pretty much were the same other than Ludwig Kaiser beat Austin Theory and Grayson Waller on alternating nights. Kaiser has been wrestling as a babyface for shows in Germany but is expected that he will remain a heel on upcoming TV shows though crowd reaction will ultimately determine that.
