— After airing a vignette last night on NXT, WWE quickly moved to file a trademark for the name “Blake Monroe” which will be the new character of former AEW star Mariah May. May reportedly had a hand in choosing the new name and went with Blake as it is her niece’s name.
— Berto is the new #1 contender for the WWE Speed Title currently held by El Grande Americano. Berto beat Noam Dar in a new episode of Speed that premiered earlier today, securing the win with less than 30 seconds left on the clock.
— This week’s episode of WWE NXT drew an audience of 725,000 and an 18-49 demo rating of 0.15. The audience is up from last week’s 684,000 but the rating is the same.
