WWE ran an angle on today’s Monday Night Raw where Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker turned on an attacked Seth Rollins, presumably putting an end to their alliance as part of The Vision stable.
It now turns out that the attack on Rollins and possible injury explanation that will be forthcoming is because Rollins looks to have suffered an actual legitimate injury at Crown Jewel: Perth that took place on Saturday.
While not confirmed by WWE or Rollins, based on backstage reports, it is presumed that Rollins hurt his left shoulder while executing the coast-to-coast dive on Cody Rhodes who was hanging in the turnbuckle. PWInsider.com reports that Rollins will be undergoing further testing in the coming days.
A fan later posted a photo on social media with Rollins where the superstar was sporting a sling on his left shoulder. The post has since been deleted, but the photo is below:
Of course, any injury with Rollins now will be met with extreme skepticism after what happened a few months ago when Rollins faked a knee injury during Saturday Night’s Main Event, had it played up by WWE and then made a surprise return at WWE SummerSlam to cash in his Money in the Bank contract and win the World Heavyweight title.
