— It was reported earlier this month that WWE could holding their next superstar draft immediately after September’s Clash at the Castle, likely the week of the 11th. This was based on the fact that several Raw superstars were scheduled for Smackdown that week.
— Fightfulselect.com, which came out with the original report, is now stating that the draft taking place during this timeframe is no longer a slam dunk and in fact, might even be on shaky ground. Several WWE Raw superstars who were scheduled for Smackdown have now been unbooked from that show while sources at the USA Network have apparently told talent that the draft is not taking place in the immediate future. In fact, the time period now being talked about for the next draft is next year following WrestleMania 39.
