Hello again wrestling fans, and welcome back to the Raw Talk Recap! After the latest episode of Monday Night Raw finished, WWE taped another edition of Raw Talk, which can be seen on Peacock and the WWE Network. Check out the full show below.
Raw Talk
Kevin Patrick begins by reminding everyone that Money In The Bank is less than one week from now, and introduces viewers to R-Truth. Kevin mentions that this is the last episode of Raw Talk in the ThunderDome, and dives right into highlights from Raw. Truth and Kevin share their thoughts on Monday’s edition of Raw, and make a few picks for Sunday’s special event, until the host’s send the show to a break.

Nikki A.S.H.
Nikki twirls her way on set, and tries to celebrate, but she has an aching “funny bone.” Kevin asks Nikki what superpower she would have, if she had one at all, and Nikki explains “flying, because then I could just fly in and grab the briefcase at Money in the Bank.” Kevin follows up by asking Nikki about her win on Raw, and she tells the hosts “float like a butterfly, sting like a Nikki… Tonight could not have gone better, I came out on top. I know there are people out there who fall, and they get back up, then they soar and grab that briefcase!” Truth points out that Nikki must have a superpower, since she beat Asuka. Nikki responds, and says “I’ll let you in on a little secret… Everyone has a superpower. You, and you, and you, everyone.” Nikki wonders what Truth’s superpower is, and it seems no one knows. Kevin presses Truth to make a prediction, and asks if he believes Nikki will win at Money in the Bank. Truth makes his pick, and he selects “all of y’all,” which is good enough for Nikki. The “almost superhero” randomly calls herself and Kevin “the celtic connection,” as the hosts send the show to another break.

Riddle
“The Original Bro” sits down at the desk, and he has an injured foot, which “the doctor told me to keep elevated.” Riddle talks about the foot’s “run of bad luck,” and also shares feelings on his own “run of good luck,” before Kevin asks about The Miz. Riddle questions what a “huckleberry” is, and adds “but then later I go turned Miz on his back, and it was fun times. But honestly, I’ve been missing Randy.” Riddle goes on to say “I texted him and he left me on read. I’m concerned, so I called the police, and filed a missing person report. I’m just waiting, and all I want is Randy Orton back in my life.” After Truth and Riddle have an exchange like only they could have, Kevin asks what would happen if Riddle wins Money in the Bank. Riddle tells him “if I were to win the briefcase, and I’ve thought long and hard about it… it I get the briefcase I’m going to cash in on the Raw Tag Team Champions bro. Everyone goes after the world championship, but I’m all about accomplishments. I want tag titles, and US titles… I’m working my way up the ladder, baby!” Riddle and Truth have one last unique exchange, leading to the hosts, along with Riddle screaming “AHHH,” as the show heads to the last break.

Drew McIntyre
The challenger to the WWE Championship joins the host’s, and he talks about breaking Jinder Mahal’s motorcycle. Drew explains “He stole my sword, so I felt it was necessary to break his bike.” Drew goes on to say “I returned to WWE, and I was with Jinder when he bought the bike. I was with him when he won the WWE Championship. But when I won it, he was standing around with Veer and Shanky. What happened mate? You’re bikes on pieces!” Kevin asks about Sunday, and he wants to know what winning the briefcase would mean to Drew. McIntyre tells viewers “I really have nothing left to say, besides that I have to win. I’m going in there with some of the best in WWE, the crowd will be there, in literally willing to die. I absolutely have to win this match, no matter what.” Kevin asks one final question, and he wants to know how Drew feels about his own run during the pandemic. McIntyre explains “what got me through some of the more difficult times was wanting to be Champion with people in the building. I really want to win, and be champion in front of fans, but if I don’t win at Money in the Bank… it may be my last chance.” Kevin and Truth send the show home, and the ThunderDome era is officially over.
That’s all for this weeks Raw Talk Recap! Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day everyone!
