Last night’s WWE Raw on USA Network generated an average of 2.279 million viewers, down compared to the 2.334 million a week earlier despite yesterday’s episode being centered around the second day of the WWE Draft.
Competition was significant last night with the Packers/Lions football game drawing a massive 13.339 million viewers and the MLB playoff game between the Cards and Nationals at 3.652 million.
On the night, WWE Raw was #11 in total viewership among shows on cable, but #5, #6 and #8 in the 18-49 demographic.
Hourly figures are below which show that Raw actually started off quite strong, likely due to interest around the first few picks of the draft, but then saw a significant decline in hour two before nosediving in hour three as the Packers/Lions game came right down to the wire.
* Hour 1 – 2.521 million
* Hour 2 – 2.318 million
* Hour 3 – 1.997 million
