“Gentleman” Jack Gallagher has become the first Superstar released by WWE as a result of the growing #SpeakingOut movement on social media.
Amid accusations from a woman who came forward detailing how she was sexually assaulted by him at a party, WWE announced that they have released Jack Gallagher.
The company issued a brief statement confirming the release of the frequent WWE 205 Live performer on their official website on Friday evening.
“WWE has come to terms on the release of Jack Gallagher (Jack Claffey),” read the basic one-line statement on WWE.com and on WWE’s various official social media outlets confirming the news.
