It was previously reported that the contracts of former AEW World Tag Team Champions Private Party (Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen) are set to expire soon.
According to Fightful Select, it was revealed earlier this month that WWE has shown preliminary interest in Kassidy and Quen. This interest surfaced before details about their contract status became public. However, it remains unclear whether they have been approached for new contracts with AEW or by WWE.
Additionally, the report indicates that it is unknown if AEW has extended Private Party’s contracts due to their past injury layoffs. Since losing their titles to The Hurt Syndicate in January on AEW Dynamite, Private Party has not appeared on AEW television. They did compete in March for House of Glory Wrestling at HOG City of Dreamz.
