— WWE unveiled a new women’s Intercontinental title last week and yesterday on social media, WWE CCO Triple H revealed the 12 women who will compete in four triple threat matches to crown the first ever champion. On Raw, the first match between Dakota Kai, Shayna Baszler and Katana Chance kicked off the tourney with Kai victorious. She will advance to the semifinals to face whoever comes out on top between Zoey Stark, Raquel Rodriguez and Kayden Carter.

— The other half of the tournament will pit Lyra Valkyra, Zelina Vega and Ivy Nile in one match and Alba Fyre, Kairi Sane, and Natalya in the other. It wasn’t announced when the finals of the tournament will take place, however, the ongoing US Women’s Title tournament on Smackdown will conclude in a couple of weeks at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
