WWE Rumor: WrestleMania 43 In 2027 Set To Be Held In Saudi Arabia

The rumors of WWE bringing a future WrestleMania to Saudi Arabia appear to not only be true but it looks like it could happening relatively soon.

Earlier today, a video on Snapchat surfaced which showed Turki Al-Sheikh, who is the Chairman of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority, announcing that WrestleMania 43 in 2027 was coming to the country despite no official announcement from WWE. The video was quickly deleted.

However, a separate from pwinsider.com notes that the story is 100% true and that Saudi Arabia will indeed be getting WrestleMania 43 and that an official announcement is forthcoming very soon. If the rumor materializes, it would be the first time in WWE’s history that they would be taking WrestleMania to a destination outside of North America.

WWE and Saudi Arabia are 7 years into their relationship with the country hosting multiple huge events per year, paying a significant rights fee that generates a rumored $50 million per event for WWE. The relationship has only seemed to get stronger in recent years with WWE announcing that the 2026 version of Royal Rumble will be held in the country as one of three events expected there next year. As for WrestleMania, Las Vegas gets it in 2026, marking the second straight year that city will host the event.
