WWE Schedule Update: Double Smackdown Taping In November, Another WWE-AAA PLE Planned

Below are a couple of updates to the upcoming WWE schedule as per WrestleVotes Radio:

  • WWE is planning on taping the November 28 episode of Friday Night Smackdown after the live airing on November 21. The location for this double taping is set for Denver, Colorado. The reason WWE will be airing a pre-taped version of Smackdown on November 28 is in order to give talent and the production team the day after Thanksgiving off. WWE has not made any of this official as of yet.
  • WWE is also looking to add one more co-branded WWE-AAA streaming live event to their 2025 schedule and they are eyeing the weekend of Survivor Series. The event is scheduled for San Diego, CA. Rey Mysterio – who WWE is looking to push as a key figure in the AAA relationship – has ties to the city and is billed from there with the report speculated that one major match that WWE could push on the AAA event is Rey challenging his son Dominik Mysterio for the AAA Mega Championship.
